Le Cercle des Démocrates et Républicains du Congo et la constance diplomatique du Congo

Dans le nouvel ordre mondial qui se dessine, la République du Congo doit affirmer une politique étrangère lisible, cohérente et responsable, fondée sur la sécurité des nations et la promotion d’une coopération mutuellement bénéfique entre États souverains.

Dans ce cadre, le CDRC réaffirme son attachement indéfectible aux principes fondamentaux du droit international, notamment le droit des États à assurer leur sécurité et à défendre leur intégrité territoriale. À ce titre, il exprime son soutien au droit de Israël à se protéger face aux menaces émanant du régime de l’Iran.

Le CDRC considère que la stabilité du Moyen-Orient constitue un enjeu majeur pour l’équilibre international et la paix mondiale. Dans cette perspective, il soutient les actions entreprises par les États-Unis et Israël visant à garantir leur sécurité nationale et à préserver leur existence en tant qu’États souverains.

Cette position s’inscrit dans la continuité des relations historiques entre le Congo et Israël, notamment à travers le traité d’amitié signé entre le Président Fulbert Youlou et le Président Yitzhak Ben-Zvi, symbole d’un partenariat fondé sur le respect mutuel et la coopération.

Pour le CDRC, la diplomatie congolaise doit demeurer cohérente, fidèle à ses engagements historiques et exclusivement orientée vers la défense des intérêts stratégiques du peuple congolais. Elle doit incarner une voix claire, indépendante et responsable sur la scène internationale.

The Cercle des Démocrates et Républicains du Congo and the Diplomatic Consistency of the Congo

In the emerging new world order, the Republic of the Congo must assert a clear, coherent, and responsible foreign policy grounded in the security of nations and the promotion of mutually beneficial cooperation among sovereign states.

Within this framework, the CDRC reaffirms its unwavering commitment to the fundamental principles of international law, particularly the right of states to ensure their security and defend their territorial integrity. In this regard, it expresses its support for the right of Israel to protect itself in the face of threats emanating from the regime of Iran.

The CDRC considers stability in the Middle East to be a major issue for international balance and global peace. In this perspective, it supports the actions undertaken by the United States and Israel aimed at guaranteeing their national security and preserving their existence as sovereign states.

This position is in line with the historical relations between the Congo and Israel, notably through the Treaty of Friendship signed between President Fulbert Youlou and President Yitzhak Ben-Zvi, symbolizing a partnership founded on mutual respect and cooperation.

For the CDRC, Congolese diplomacy must remain coherent, faithful to its historical commitments, and exclusively oriented toward defending the strategic interests of the Congolese people. It must embody a clear, independent, and responsible voice on the international stage.
