La fracture du peuple américain m’alerte cependant sur le risque de fragmentation en chaîne jusque dans les pays africains sacrifiés à la mondialisation effrénée des échanges.
Dans ce moment historique, j’appelle tous mes compatriotes du Congo-Brazzaville à choisir le chemin de la renaissance africaine : reconstruisons d’abord notre État et notre économie intérieure et soyons capables de répandre en Afrique centrale un parfum de liberté qui révélera au monde l’essence de notre culture fondée sur le partage et l’équilibre.

The fracture of the American people, however, alerts me to the risk of chain fragmentation even in African countries sacrificed to the unbridled globalization of trade.
In this historic moment, I call on all my compatriots in Congo-Brazzaville to choose the path of African renaissance: let’s first rebuild our State and our internal economy and be able to spread in Central Africa a scent of freedom which will reveal to the world the essence of our culture based on sharing and balance.
